Once again, there are a few new shows starting this week. I am looking forward in particular to seeing how The Terror turns out, as I have heard great things across the internet about that show (its first two seasons have already been broadcast across the pond). There are two episodes scheduled on BBC2 for the series this week, but I could not fit the second episode into my personal schedules, so episode two will instead join The Gadget Show on the following Saturday.

Sir David Attenborough is always a safe pair in hands, so I am in no doubt that Life In Colour will be another televisual masterpiece from the mind of television's greatest nature presenter right now. 

As for Hapless, I find modern sitcoms tend to be a little hit and miss right now, so we will have to wait and see as to whether or not Channel 5's latest attempt manages to reach the heights of classic British sitcoms such as Steptoe and Son and Fawlty Towers.

 FEATURE: Why Joe Warren-Plant Should Return To Dancing On Ice This past Friday, Joe Warren-Plant was forced to pull out of the current series of Dancing On Ice after both himself and his skating partner Vanessa Bauer tested positive with COVID. They were one of a string of skating couples who have been forced to leave the skating competition either permanently or on a temporary basis, owing to a variety of reasons. Rufus Hound was the first victim of Dancing On Ice Series Thirteen's unbelievable bad luck, when he himself landed with COVID. Then came Denise Van Outen, who dislocated her shoulder, Billie Shepherd who first took a week out to deal with a family bereavement and then landed with concussion, and most recently Jason Donovan, who was advised to rest for a week after experiencing severe back pains (although he is due to return to the ice come the next live show). REVIEW: Doctor Who - The Movie Recently on this blog, I posted my thoughts on the rumours regarding a potential BBC Films/Warner Bros. Doctor Who movie (which you can read here ), so I thought I would take a look back at my review for Paul McGann's feature length debut, aptly titled 'Doctor Who: The Movie'. Doctor Who - The Movie is a curious part of Doctor Who history. Originally intended to launch a new TV series produced by the BBC, Fox and Universal, it has become something of a missing link between the classic and new series, with all plans for what would have been Paul McGann's first full series dropped due to poor viewing figures stateside.
