Another packed week of television ahead then, as we approach the yearly Comic Relief telethon (if you wish to donate to Comic Relief, you can click here). I'm particularly looking forward to checking out Marvel Studios' exciting new television series The Falcon And The Winter Soldier, which has been receiving glowering spoiler free reviews from the press as of late.
After Piers Morgan's ill-conceived comments regarding Meghan Markle's suicidal thoughts, it is also great to see two shows airing next week which cover the subject matter of mental health. It is such an important issue right now, especially concerning the recent lockdowns which have left a detrimental impact on many who struggle with their mental wellbeing, and so I believe it's more important than ever that these kind of issues are discussed rather than ignored.
Some of you may have noticed Coronation Street is missing from the Friday schedules. Unfortunately due to the Comic Relief telethon airing this upcoming Friday, I was unable to find a way to fit it in, so instead Friday's episode of Corrie will join The Gadget Show on next Saturday's listings.
